William “Chill” James is a NAFC/NHCC certified instructor and has been an active member of the fitness industry for over 12 years. Chill’s motivation for choosing a healthy lifestyle is based on his own personal life experience. At the age of 28 and a weight of 315 lbs, he hired a personal trainer and within 18 months lost 155 lbs. He is living proof that with proper nutrition and a lifestyle based on physical fitness, no matter what your body type, making lasting changes to your physique is attainable.

With Chill’s guidance you can enhance your flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health. Recognizing that each person is unique, your fitness program will be customized with your goals in mind.

Helping others attain their personal fitness goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or a basic level of fitness to fight the aging process is his greatest reward. He will motivate, encourage and guide you towards the pursuit of a healthy, active lifestyle.
