Pilates focuses on developing the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso and strengthening core abdominal and back around the spinal column. Pilates, a non-impact resistance exercise system, eliminates stress on your joints makig this exercise method versatile, safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels.Zumba:
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

Parking is available on street only. Plentiful parking is available in front of the studio on Virginia, on Haven and Brookhaven. Parking behind the studio is reserved for our Personal Training Clients only.
