“What classes are currently offered?”
Yoga, BootCamp, Indoor Cycling and Zumba. Please refer to our website for a menu of classes.

“Are reservations required for Group Classes?”
No, classes are on a first come first serve basis. However, we recommend arriving to class early to guarantee a spot and for first time registration. You can save time by pre-registering on our website at www.TVFitnessPros.com and download the required forms and read our policy page. We also offer a special coupon for first time participants which you can print by visiting our website.

“What should I bring to class?”
Bring water or we have water available for purchase. Towels are not provided, please bring a towel. There is a $5 rental fee if you do not have a towel.

“Where do I park?”
Parking is available on street only. Plentiful parking is available in front of the studio on Virginia, on Haven and Brookhaven. Parking behind the studio is reserved for our Personal Training Clients only.

“Are group classes for advanced people or can beginner’s join?”
We encourage class goers of all levels to participate in the many classes we offer.

“Will you be adding more classes to the schedule from what is offered right now?”
Yes, we will be adding more classes in the very near future. We encourage you to please email us with any requests for classes you would like to see on the schedule at TV@TVFitnessPros.com.

“Is there an area for storing personal items during class?”
Small storage lockers are provided. If security is desired please leave valuables in the trunk of your car.

“Are showers available?”
Showers are not available at this time. Showers are reserved for our Personal Training Clients, thank you for respecting this. We do have dressing rooms available for changing and restrooms.
