Rose Batignani
Rose Batignani’s passion is yoga. Working full time in Marketing, she fell in love with the dynamic flow of yoga, as well as the ability to connect the mind and body during practice, allowing her to let go of her busy day. Rose’s discipline, training and inspiration is due to self-practice and wonderful teachers. She has grown her practice through studies and education in the 200-hour yoga teacher training, as well as the workshops that have focused on hatha, power and ashtanga yoga. Rose is certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork and is a Reiki II Practitioner. Her practice has taught her that the power of breath presents the possibility for each of us to transform our way of living, both on and off "the mat" – that is, living life with a spirit of awareness, grace, and ease. -
Samantha Guise
Samantha Guise began her yoga journey in 2007. As she experienced the blissful yoga awakening within herself, she was inspired to become an educator to deepen her own practice and guide individuals in finding their true blissful self. Samantha has studied various yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. She integrates Ashtanga and Vinyasa in her flow to experience and explore the true philosophy of yoga. To be present with a group of people is a gift in itself.

France Johnston
France Johnston first stumbled upon Yoga while traveling in Australia and started a regular practice while living in the Bahamas. Yoga helped her find a positive outlook to a lifetime of bad posture and self-esteem issues. Deepening her studies when moving to South Florida, she completed the teacher training program at the White Lotus Foundation and the prenatal certification at Red Sun Yoga. She regularly teaches the practice of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Her deep interests in color and sound therapy helped her understand that through the practice of Yoga, one can truly awaken the self, the inner teacher and learned to live from the heart with compassion, love and joy. -
Danielle Lindberg
Danielle Lindberg used to work long, stressful hours behind a computer in the IT industry and tried yoga in 2003, based on a friend's suggestion. After attending her first yoga class, she was hooked! She traded in the corporate world (after 19 years) to dedicate her time and energy to sharing the benefits of yoga full-time. She believes that yoga is a microcosm of life—noting that we begin in child’s pose, end in corpse, and choose how to handle the poses in between...some coming easy and others requiring deep breathing and awareness that they will pass. Danielle received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Rolf Gates and has certifications in Pre-natal and Kid’s Yoga. She also has a certificate from Hippocrates Health Institute and often coaches others on healthy eating and raw food preparation.
