First Step

Many people who are interested in starting with an experienced fitness professional may feel a bit intimidated. At TV Fitness Pros we want all of our clients to feel empowered. By taking the FIRST STEP you will succeed at accomplishing your fitness goals.

We include the FIRST STEP program to provide the opportunity to gently introduce our clients to personal fitness training. The format of the First Step program is similar to our regular personal training sessions with the exception of isolation exercises, the introduction of advanced ranges of motion, and the intensity of the workout.

3 sessions for $75

The FIRST STEP program includes three sessions. There are two sessions of 1-on-1 personal training and one session of nutrition consultation. The 1-on-1 personal training sessions last 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes have you warming up on a cardio machine such as a stationary bike, treadmill, or cross-trainer. Immediately following your warm-up will be 30 minutes of strength training focusing on basic ranges of motion for a full body workout. The nutrition consultation will also last 45 minutes where we will explain the importance of basic nutrition and the benefits of things like smaller frequent meals, reducing your sugar and fat intake and many other aspects of stimulating your metabolism.

After completing the FIRST STEP personal training package, new and deconditioned clients will feel confident, physically ready, and proficient in the basic movements and safety procedures to take on a monthly personal training program without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.
