Daniel Riggs, former instructor of 3 years at the National Personal Training Institute, is a well rounded trainer with a strong passion for personal fitness. Experienced in working with clients of all ages looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve cardiovascular conditioning, gain an edge with sport specific training, strengthen core stability, and rehabbing injuries. Multiple certifications include NSCA-CPT, NPTI (A-CPT, M-CPT, and massage therapy), and CPR certified through the Red Cross. His knowledge of the human body from both personal training and massage therapy has given him the experience and confidence needed for guiding and molding individuals into becoming the best they can be. He loves helping others reach their own personal fitness goals allowing them to enjoy everyday life more fully.
